The Triton Regional School District allows parents or guardians to register a student that is new to the district through our student information system, Aspen.

The online registration process is open throughout the year.

Note: For new PreSchool or Kindergarten families, information regarding online registration will be provided by Triton's Early Childhood Coordinator in the Spring prior to the new school year.

Once the online registration process is complete, the front office of the school where the registration was submitted will review the registration for approval.

If Online Registration is Approved:

The school's front office will reach out with next steps and residency requirements.

If Online Registration is Not Approved:

The school's front office will reach out with any questions, additional information, or documentation that is necessary.

Registration Checklist:

To prepare for the registration process, please gather the necessary documents and paperwork outlined below. Please note that some of the documentation will be uploaded to Aspen during the online registration process, while certain documentation needs to be brought into a school as an original copy.

To register with Triton Regional School District, the following documentation is required:

1. Picture Identification of Parent/Legal Guardian (e.g., state identification or passport) - original brought into school
2. Proof of Age (original Birth Certificate or Passport); - Uploaded in Online Registration
3. Proof of Immunization (Medical/Health Record) - Uploaded in Online Registration
4. TRSD Registration and Residency Affidavit;
5. Proof of Residency/Occupancy (see Proof of Residency/Occupancy Required for Registration below); - Original Paper Copies brought into a school after online registration
6. Joint Physical Custody (if applicable) – in cases of divorce, physical and legal custody agreements must be presented to \the school District. - Uploaded in Online Registration

• P.O. Boxes will not be accepted, with the exception of documented court related reasons for their use and residency and occupancy is otherwise verified; and

Residency Requirements & Verification:

All families must verify residency according to Triton Regional School District's residency verification policy.

All residency verification documents must be brought in as original paper copies to the school where the student is being registered. Documents to verify residency cannot be uploaded during the online registration process.
