Every September, we ask families to update all types of information and permissions, and this has historically been done with a large packet of paper being sent home. As of last year, we transitioned this annual update to an online re-registration process through Aspen, saving many trees and hours of information sorting. There were some glitches that have been sorted out, but the response was overwhelmingly positive in that it was so much easier for parents/guardians to update information online rather than through the paper process.

We will continue with the online Aspen re-registration this year, and you can now find this Annual Student Information Update workflow in your parent portal. It is extremely important that all parents/guardians log into Aspen to update each of their child(ren)'s demographic, medical and health documentation, and other details to ensure we have accurate information. The update will also walk you through requirements like acknowledging technology acceptable use and the 2023/2024 student handbooks. Please make sure you log in to complete this annual student information update as soon as possible, but no later than next Friday, September 15th.

Please note that you will need to log in to Aspen from a desktop or laptop to complete this update, as the update will not work on the mobile/phone version of the website.

All parents and guardians have an account in Aspen, with their email as the username and a password that you chose. You should be able to see all of our children in your parent/guardian portal, and not have to log in for each. If you have an issue logging in or don't see all of your children, please email [email protected] and our staff will be able to get you up and running again.
