Owen currently serves on the Finance Subcommittee.

Owen was appointed in November 2025 due to a vacancy on the committee, and was elected to a one-year term in May 2026. Owen is a Triton alum, and graduate of the class of 2025.

Owen's term will expire in the spring of 2027.
