What Should I do if I Forget my Password?

If you have NOT set-up Password Recovery, send an email to [email protected] requesting a new password.

(See below for instructions on setting up Password Recovery)

If you have set-up Password Recovery, click the “I forgot my password” link provided on the Aspen login page.

A password reset dialog box will appear. Enter your Login ID and Primary Email (case sensitive, usually all lowercase) in the boxes provided and then click Continue.

The Password Reset dialog box expands to include the security question you chose when setting up password recovery. Enter your response to the security question in the box provided, then click Submit.

If the security answer you enter is correct, Aspen will send an email message to the primary email address for the account. The email contains your password.

If you enter your email address or answer your security question incorrectly, you’ll receive a Reset Aspen Password Attempt message, but as long as you are able to continue, enter the details correctly, and get a green message saying an email has been sent, you will get a Reset Aspen Password message so you can proceed.

  4. The Confirm Identity window is displayed

  5. Enter your Current password

  6. Click Save and the window will close

Now you will be able to select “I forgot my password” on the Aspen login screen in the event that you forget your password.

Is my Child's Information Secure?

Aspen protects our student data with the same advanced technology your bank uses to protect your financial accounts. Rest assured that only Aspen users have access to information they need, and nothing more. We have carefully configured the system to ensure your child’s information is confidential and can only be retrieved by you – the parent/guardian – and authorized school personnel.

Do I have an Account?

A welcome letter was emailed to your home in September 2014. The letter included instruction on how to access the parent portal, and your user name and password. If you did not receive a welcome letter, or have misplaced it, please send an email to [email protected]. Once you’ve verified your contact information, another one will be sent to you.

I have more than 1 Child in the District, does that Mean I need 2 or more Accounts?

No. You, as a parent/guardian, can use one secure login to access the information for all of your children.

I Lost my User Name and Password - How do I Get a New One?

If you’ve never logged in and cannot locate either the email containing your login ID with your original password or your Welcome Letter, you can request another letter be sent to you with your login ID and new password. Once your contact information is verified, your login ID, new password, and Welcome Letter will be emailed to you.
